USUI SHIKI RYHO REIKI ATTUNEMENTS:

 Reiki is a method of transferring Universal Energy for the harmony of the body, mind and soul. It addresses both the cause and effect of illness. It is administered by "laying on of hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen life force energy flows through every cell causing us to be alive. The ability to use Reiki healing energy is not taught in a usual sense, but is transferred to the student during a Reiki attunement.This "passing on" is done by a process of "Attunements" from the Reiki Master/Teacher. This allows for the student to then tap into an unlimited source of life force energy to improve health and enhance the overall quality of life for themselves and others. These are full day classes, so please dress comfortably (in white if you can) and bring a lunch or money to order out. Attention nurses and massage therapists: C.E.U's. are also available for these classes.

REIKI I THE FIRST DEGREE:    

Learn the History of Reiki and the components of healing. Receive a 1st degree attunement, learn the basic hand positions, give and receive a full healing treatment. (Facilitator: Rev. Barb Bryant)

REIKI II THE SECOND DEGREE: 

Receive the Level II attunement, and sacred healing symbols. We will also practice absent/distance healing. You will give a complete healing treatment and recieve one. (Facilitator: Rev. Barb Bryant)

REIKI MASTER/TEACHER:  

Receive the Masters attunement, work with more sacred healing symbols, indepth chakra work and learn how to pass attunements to others. This is a two day intense workshop. (Facilitator: Rev. Barb Bryant)

DRUMMING CIRCLE:

A Native American tradition, drumming helps the immune system and slows down brain wave activity thus creating peace and harmony within the body. LIVING IN LOVE VS. FEAR: 

Many masters have stated that the opposite of love is fear. We live in the world of duality and if we're not operating from a place of love, then we're coming from fear. In this class we will share several different exercises that will assist us in recognizing how we keep ourselves in fear verses love. (Facilitator: Karen Mayers)

INTRO. TO POLARITY:

Polarity is a health care system involving diet, energy, body work and exercise. The focus will be on the five elements that influence the human energy fields. We will do a five minute polarity circle that is equivalent to a one hour treatment in the first class. In the second class we will work on a twenty minute session that decreases stress and promotes relaxation. In this class we will begin to examining how our con-structured beliefs have assisted us in creating our own reality so we can begin to de-struct debilitating patterns of behavior. ENERGY 101 Workshop:

In this "intense" two part (12 hours) series you will be presented with a compassionate and empowering workshop filled with the concepts of manipulating energy. We will tap into such things as; color and sound vibration, steps to creating prosperity, energetic patterns of vibration, centering and balancing energy, sacred geometry, the chakra system, self-protection and much, much more. ENERGY 202 Workshop:

Back by popular demand. This two part (12 hour) series begins where Energy 101 left off. The more doors that open -  the deeper the learning process. This workshop digs deeper into the subjects we discussed in Energy 101. We will have several "hands-on" activities to help you understand sacred geometry,  different levels of consciouness, center and balancing, and expanding and contracting your energy fields. We will delve deeper into understanding the mathematical archetypes of nature, art, and science. We will briefy touch what the students were taught in the ancient mystery schools. JOURNEY THROUGH THE NINE DIMENSIONS:

We will breifly discuss the model of the universe as taught by Barbara Hand Clow. POWER OF THE PENDULUM THROUGH DOWSING:

The pendulum is one of the dowsing tools that has been around for thousands of years and dates back to ancient Egypt. In this all day workshop, you will learn about sound and energy through toning, resonance and harmonics. You will also learn about sound and the Universe. How sounds effect body parts, chakras and sound waves. You will learn about crystals in relation to sound and how to work with specific healing frequencies; nature spirits and sound. The latest research and new techniques in sound healing will be discussed. Each participant will recieve a demonstration of a sound healing both individually and in the group. TEA TIME:

Come and learn the history of tea. Observe the Zen ritual of tea serving. And while we sip various teas together in a fun and relaxing atmosphere, we'll even learn how to read tea leaves. (Facilitator: Rev. Charlann Walker)

BEADWORK:

Come and create your own beadwork bracelet to reflect your personal style. Simple instructions will be offered along with a variety of beads to chose from. This is a fun class which may lead you into another fulfilling hobby. (Facilitator: Nancy Foley)
